Description of the crash:

Evo 2.3.3.1 from GARNOME crashes when adding a local mail delivery
account or indeed any other type. I've purged my settings from gconf and
deleted my ~/.evo* directories but no good.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Delete all configuration for Evolution from $HOME and gconf
2. Launch Evolution setup 
3. Choose a account type 

Expected Results:

Evolution crashes straight away
