Description Ximian Test Account 2005-06-19 00:44:32 UTC
Distribution: Fedora Core release 4 (Stentz)
Package: gnome-pilot
Severity: normal
Version: GNOME2.10.0 unspecified
Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc
Synopsis: syncing with a tre650 causes gnomed to crash
Bugzilla-Product: gnome-pilot
Bugzilla-Component: gpilotd
Bugzilla-Version: unspecified
BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.10.0)
Description:
Description of the crash:

Any attempt to use sync with a treo650 causes gpilotd to crash. Other
pilot apps, such as jpilot, do not seem to have this problem. Suspect
that it might be with added fields in the treo650.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Attach 650 to system via USB
2. Hit hotsync on treo650
3. watch gpilotd die

Expected Results:

How often does this happen?

Every time.
Additional Information:

Copy to the device does not cause it to crash.

Debugging Information:

Backtrace was generated from '/usr/libexec/gpilotd'
