Description Dominic Lachowicz 2005-06-15 14:32:56 UTC
see bug 307779.

set gtk-button-images=0
start gnumeric
tools->auto correct
notice that the "initial capitals" and "first letter" tabs have "remove" and
"add" buttons with images on them when they shouldn't.

where do you want to set gtk-button-images =0 ?
Can you please elaborate? Is it on the '.gtkrc-2.0' file ?

Are you sure the expected behaviour occurs with other applications [eg: gedit etc]
and only Gnumeric is performing otherwise?

Are you sure if this is *NOT* at GTK+ bug, and its a Gnumeric bug?
Comment 2 Dominic Lachowicz 2005-07-05 12:45:12 UTC
sigh... please read bug 307779. this is not a bug in GTK+, this is a bug in many
individual apps that don't respect the gtk-button-images theme setting. most
commonly, it's seen in dialogs created using glade.

fixed.
