Description Daniel Garland 2005-05-13 15:59:03 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Hi there,
I'm using the UML plugin to create UML diagrams. While 90% of dia is great, i'm
having problems getting dia to print all the text at the right size. If I scale
the diagram to fit a page, it sometimes looks great, but if I print it out, I
get some text fields printing out in tiny lettering that is barely readable.
Other times, if I view the while diagram with a CTRL+E command, some text is
huge, and sprawls across the page.

Steps to reproduce:
75% of the time for me this happens
1. Create a diagram
2. Scale to fit a page (doesnt matter which ive tried A3 and A4)
3. Print
You get some tiny lettering; about 15-20% of the letters are tiny.

50% time
1. Press CTRL+E to see teh whole diagram
2. Some lettering is HUGE

Actual results:
Lettering is at the wrong scale

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
