If a user has to use 'autocompletion of conatcts' in Global Address List, we
goto Edit ->Preferences to do that.
In 'Groupwise Connector' & in 'Microsoft Outlook' autocompletion for contacts in
'GAL' works by default.

This bug is resolved and the fix is checked into the HEAD.

Regressed this bug in evolution 2.4.0 GAL is not selected by default for
autocompletion.
