Description Craig Cockburn 2005-05-12 22:02:10 UTC
Distribution/Version: XP SP2

I have a plug in multi format drive which appears as 4 disk drives in windows
for various sorts of cards.

When GIMP starts, and on various other operations, I get the error

"There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive ."
Cancel Try Again Continue

Even though I am not referencing the removable drives.

This error is most annoying, please remove it.

Duplicate bug reports are most annoying, please avoid it.

Bug 170948 would be another candidate as duplication target - and the reporter
tells us he is not referencing the removable drives, so he probably hasn't opend
any files from them.
