1. Create new image (file->new or Ctrl+N)
2. Press Enter to get the image

Result:
Template selection box appears, OK isn't triggered.

Expected result: 
Get the image 

Usage scenario: Ctrl+X to cut a selection, Ctrl+N, Enter, Ctrl+V to get the
selection in a new file. This doesn't work anymore.

This bug is new in 2.2 series.
