Hello (copied this to Andrew as previous mail to list seems to have
evaporated)

I have just bought a secondhand laptop with Win2K installed (and a genuine COA
sticker on it!) Needless to say I'm going to put Linux on it, but I want to
keep Win2K because it's handy when researching Samba and comparing other apps
and OS's to have various to hand. The snag is I don't have a Win2K install
CD, and I don't seem to be able to re-size an NTFS partition to make room for
Linux.

So far I've tried installaing SuSE and Mdk, both their partitioning tools
refuse to do it and so does 'Ultimate Boot CD' Does anyone know of a (free)
ntfs re-sizer / partitioning tool? Or plan B, does anyone have a copy of
Win2K that I can install using my COA? (Does anyone know if WIndows is
devious enough to know which COA relates to which CD?)

Cheers,
Phil
