Comment 2 David Chèze 2005-04-27 06:48:41 UTC
I've read the bug301139 but it seems not to be resolved at the moment: is there
any way to access those folders who crasched, temporarly before it is definitly
resolved?
Thanks

There are at least two possible approaches. First, you can get pango-1.8.0.zip
from http://www.gimp.org/~tml/gimp/win32/downloads.html (in "Bleeding edge
versions") and see whether that helps. Second, because it is a font-related
problem, you could try changing fonts.
Comment 4 David Chèze 2005-04-27 15:46:38 UTC
I installed pango 1.8 but it didn't succeed in preventing crash.
I hadn't tried before to change the font in the preferences of gimp: didn't find
"fonts" but "themes" : I changed my preferencial theme from "default" to "small"
and it seems to solve the problem: i can now access those folders that made
crash before.

Hope it can help.
