Blurb is very informal English and Summary would be a better choice of label.  

(As much as anything else this is a reminder to myself to try and provide a
patch to make this change.  This is an old idea brought up before in bug 156340
but not included in the solution to that problem)

The CVS version uses Description for quite a while already.
