GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 300837
"New X" shortcut is modal
Last modified: 2005-04-17 00:34:57 UTC
Distribution: Fedora Core release 3 (Heidelberg) Package: Evolution Priority: Normal Version: GNOME2.8.0 unspecified Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc Synopsis: "New X" shortcut is modal Bugzilla-Product: Evolution Bugzilla-Component: UI Bugzilla-Version: unspecified Description: Please describe your feature request: hi, the "New X" command is modal. When I'm typing mail, then I can create a new contact with Ctrl+Shift+C. When I'm in the contacts window, Ctl+Shift+C doesn't work anymore, and then I have to use Ctl+N. Confusing. Could the former shortcut be present in all modes? The same for Ctl+Shift+M for new mail. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2005-04-16 03:13 ------- Unknown platform unknown. Setting to default platform "Other".
