Description Sebastien Bacher 2005-04-05 00:13:00 UTC
This bug has been opened here: https://bugzilla.ubuntu.com/8310

"When I do Action | Save Attachments on an email Evolution either crashes
or becomes nonresponsive. This happens on both local and IMAP email accounts
...
Update - the crash does NOT happen when I choose a folder to save to via the
Browse button. The crash still happens when I fail to choose a folder."

My kernel is tainted by fglrx. I'm running Ubuntu (Hoary)
Comment 4 Kjartan Maraas 2005-04-20 12:59:05 UTC
Please file a bug against your kernel component in ubuntu's bugtracker and see
if they can help you. Trying without the binary ati drivers would also be of help.
Comment 5 Not Zed 2005-05-19 08:33:00 UTC
the backtrace shows nothing useful.

fwiw the save-attachments plugin is an unsupported demonstration code only

Comment 7 André Klapper 2005-10-08 04:32:10 UTC
no response, therefore closing as INCOMPLETE.

evo-2.4 does not include that plugin anymore, there's a button in the message
pane instead.

please feel free to reopen when adding more comments; thanks for reporting anyway.
