Description of Problem:
Some of the tables do not have a11y names

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open evolution->edit->preferences with a11y support
2. open gok
3. 

Actual Results:
some tables(table in the mail accounts page, etc.) in the window are shown
as "table".

Expected Results:
they should have their names.

How often does this happen? 
always
