one would expect contacts in the contactlist to be sorted using national
alphabet specified by locale/evo settings. they are sorted using english
alphabet, the items beginning with special characters are at the end of the
list.

current situation:
Abraham, John
Byrne, Adam
.
.
Zeta, Marry
(Aacute)mil, Jan
(Ccaron)elko, Peter

what is required:
Abraham, John
(Aacute)mil, Jan
Byrne, Adam
(Ccaron)elko, Peter
.

or similar (depending on the alphabet).
