Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Select 'Junk' under 'Personal', then Action  ->Expunge
2. Deletes mails in 'Junk'
3. Checked with 'Junk' under 'My computer' doesnt delete mails

Oh! it doesnt delete, it disappers for sometimes, restart few times u
see those mails. But it should not disappear

I tried replicating the scenario. It doesn't let you allow to perform
operation. It says "Can only expunge in Deleted Items folder" .
However I believe that you should not get this message too (you should
be allowed to expunge in any folder). But as such I can't reproduce
the bug.

Reopening the bug, as error message is wrong.
It should just expunge deleted items, when invoked from any folder.

Now can expunge from any folder, not only in trash.
