Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click Exchange, then click Actions -> Subscribe to other users folder 
2. Click the user button 
3. Unable to change the addressbook 

Actual Results:

The initial selection box comes up in the background, so you have to click
on it to bring it up from the taskbar.  Then, once you click User to select
the user to open, it brings up an addressbook selection but you can't click
on it at all until you close the initial selection box.  Which in turn,
means you can't open the folder at all.


Expected Results:

Open another users calendar
