Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click 'New' ->AddressBook', user can select configured exchange mail id
as source
2. After created if i click on that addressbook it throws error as shown in
attachment

This was working as expected in 2.0.x, so it has to be fixed in 2.2.x

The code added for supporting hierarchy in Exchange Addressbook introduced this
issue. The relative URI of the ESource of the newly created Addressbook should
be NULL inorder to fix this problem.

This issue is fixed and the changes are commited to the HEAD.
