Description of Problem:
When trying to add events to a calendar file, all entryboxes are greyed out.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right-click on a time and choose "New Appointment"
2. Try to fill in the boxes

Actual Results:
All possible boxes are greyed out.

Expected Results:
Boxes to fill in appointment info.

How often does this happen? 
Every time

Additional Information:
I have permissions on the webdav-server, works with Mozilla
Sunbird/Firefox-calendar
