Description:
EMails without normal text but just an attachment don't show the
attachment symbol in the mail list.


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.

that's because, by definition, if the only MIME part in the message is
the "attachment", then it is the body of the message.

MIME does not distinguish between message bodies and message
attachments. everything is just a MIME part.

the attachment icon can never be 100% corect all the time. (see the
evolution mailing list archive for an explanation as to why, the
message was sent today)
