Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
New meeting requests always default to 9am.  Even if it's noon.  :)

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click on New -> Meeting -> Scheduling.

Actual Results:
Start time defaults to 9am, even if it's past 9am.

Expected Results:
Should default to the next 30 minute slot.  I.e. if it's 1pm or 1:15pm, use
1:30pm.

How often does this happen? 
Every time.
