Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
This is more of a feature request.  I'd like to have the option to schedule
delivery of a message for an appropriate time.  For example say I need to
distribute a memo, but the timing of the delivery is important, so I don't
want to just send it when I'm done writing it.  It would be nice to
schedule it to be sent at a specific time - provided evolution is running.
