On all mail headers, all the strings are showing up as interwoven and
connected in strange ways. See attached screenshot. On all old mail the
header-info in the folder-list is fine, but in the header-section of the
preview-window they are equall broken. All new mail looks wrecked in the
folder-list too. The headers also now show up like:

=?iso-8859-1?Q?H=E5vard_Husev=E5g?=Håvard Husevåg GarnesGarnes
In stead of only
Håvard Husevåg Garnes

wich I presume is because of the same problem.

This happened when I upgraded from 20040727 to 20040816 today, via
red-carpet for mandrake9.2

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Get mail 
2. try to read headers
3. giv up because it looks very bad.

How often does this happen?
