Description of Problem:
For IMAP servers that do not support both messages and subfolders within
folders, an RMB on a folder-only folder generates an "Error while 'Opening
..." error.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a folder-only IMAP folder
2. Select the INBOX
3. RMB on the new folder in preparation to DELETE it

Actual Results:

Error message "Error while 'Opening folder
imap://xxx%40yyyyyy.com@xxx.yyyyyyy.com/mail;noselect=yes':
No such folder mail"

Expected Results:
No error, RMB options to allow me to delete the folder, rename it, set
properties, create a new subfolder, etc.
