Description Micha Andriluka 2004-04-10 10:54:39 UTC
Description of Problem:
Evolution will crash if i try to print in
calendar with several
overlapping appointments

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create three appointments that overlapp (e.g.
all of them from 8:00
to 8:30)
2. create two more overlapping appointments
(from 8:40 to 8:50)
3. try to print

Actual Results:
Segmentation fault

Expected Results:
printout of my very busy schedule for a day

How often does this happen?
every time

Additional Information:
it is not that i want to do 3 things at the same
time, i was just
drafting my schedule for the next semester and
choosing which lectures i
want to attend. Since many of them overlapp it
is much easier to choose
if the complete plan for the week is available
with all intersections. I am using Suse Linux
9.0 but it is somehow not on the list in step 7.

Debugging Information:

Backtrace was generated from
'/opt/gnome/bin/evolution'

(no debugging symbols found)...

seems this bug is not so easy to reproduce, so i have send a
calendar file with sample schedule that leads to a crash
Comment 3 André Klapper 2004-09-22 11:12:21 UTC
marking this one as duplicate of bug 244943 since the later has a good
backtrace (as discussed with gerardo on irc)
