Start up evolution; - collapsed folder tree & no unread counts on folders.

Unread counts only arrive when visiting the folder in the tree

[I can understand this for vfolders, but for physical folders this seems odd]

Net result: acutely difficult to tell where you unread mail is, and/or to
read it.
