Description of Problem:
Too many elements in attachment area

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Invoke your evolution
2. Explore a message with attachment
39876 [details] [review]. Focus on the message body.
4. Press arrow key to focus on attachment file name

Actual Results:
After #4,you have to press many times arrow key .
There are too many elements in attachment area.

Expected Results:

sounds like a GnomeIconList a11y issue then... since that's all the
attachment area is, nothing specific to Evolution.
