Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the composer to start a new message 
2. drag a HTML file to message body 
3. 

Actual Results:
In the message body only the link is displayed.

Expected Results:
The HTML file should be displayed inline.

How often does this happen?
