Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click Tools->Settings.
2. Click Summary Preferences.
3. Click Mail tab.
4. Expand Local Folders, check the checkbox by keyboard.

Actual Results:
Keyboard can't do this action.

Expected Results:
Checkbox should be checked by keyboard.

How often does this happen?
