Description of Problem:
 can not enable spell checking in composer preference setting

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Top Menu->"Tool"->"Setting"->"Composer Preference Setting" 
2.Click the "Spell Checking" tab
3. 

Actual Results:
  There is nothing in the table.

Expected Results:
  There server selecting choice in the table.

How often does this happen?

You need aspell. Mine works well with:

Please try to match a configuration alike. Reopen if doesn't work
after that.
