Description of Problem:

The keybinding Ctrl-I has two bindings:

1	File/Import
2	Edit/Invert selection

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Press Ctrl-A in a Evolution Mailer folder to select all messages 
2. Press Ctrl-I to invert selection

Instead of inverting selection Evolution starts Import Wizard
