Description of Problem:
1.Creating a new mail account, in the "identity" dialog, click the "add new
signature" button, no response.
2.Editing a existed mail account, in the "identity" dialog, click the "add
new signature" button, no response.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Actual Results:
  No respone after the "add new signature" button is pressed.

Expected Results:
  A new window is created to add new signature.

How often does this happen? 
  Always

Ben,
Due to the amount of irreproducible reports you reported during this
journey, I'm seriously considering you have a major installation problem.
Please specify the versions of gtkhtml, GAL, Evolution and bonobo, and
try to add a backtrace of those freezes.
