Description of Problem:
Deleted a duplicate contact, then opened the remaining member of the
pair and the contact manager crashed

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add a duplicate name (different e-mail address)
2. Delete the old contact for that name
3. Opne the new contact

Actual Results: Crashed
