Description:
I get this error message when i try and send an email in evolution

Failed to get lock using fcntl(2): Permission denied.
We are using evolution 1.0.3 but have found the problem in serval
differnet versions of evolution.  This network uses NFS to mount home
directories.  And we use debian on the computers.

Evolution 1.0.3 is pretty old code. Please upgrade.
