Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
Changing the calendar view prefs to start the week on Sunday changes the
monthly view and the work-week view correctly but not the one-week view. 
It starts on Saturday.  If told the week starts on Monday, it behaves
correctly but not when told to start on Sunday.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Change the work week start day in the calendar prefs Sunday
2. 
3. 

Actual Results:
One-week view starts the week on Saturday

Expected Results:
One-week view should start on Sunday like the work week and monthly views do.
