Synopsis: Exceptions in recurring items don't show up

Description:
Create a new appointment in calendar.  Under recurrence put in weekly
for a few weeks or whatever.  Now add an exception.  Click save and
close.

Now in Evo you will see all these appointments but there won't be one on
the day of the exception.  That's correct.  Now look at this same
appointment series in OWA or Outlook and there is an appointment on the
date that you had specified an exception.  Outlook doesn't recognize
exceptions that Evo creates.
