Description Ben Kahn 2001-10-30 07:27:17 UTC
Searching for matching messages in IMAP offline mode returns an error
saying that the feature doesn't work.

This feature should be turned on since the data is already known by evolution.

Sssh, i fixed this in cvs for 1.0, it was just too easy not to try ...

Actually Dan, could you review the code just to make sure, but from
what i tested, it works just fine.

It just passes the body search back upto the parent class if its
online, which falls back to doing a folder_get_message() on each
message and searching its content since there is no index available.

And other search types always use the parent class and in-memory data
anyway.

This got fixed for 1.0

Because of the decision to remap 1.1->1.2 and 1.2->1.4, I'm going to be
moving a large number of bugs around in the bugzilla. You can just
search on 'body contains' 'Because of the decision to remap' and mark
all as read. Please direct all questions about this change to
evolution@ximian.com, not the bug.
