Description aaron 2001-09-26 01:56:17 UTC
One can only "Edit as New" messages that are in the Sent folder. So, if I
want to do that to a message that I didn't send, I can:
Move it into the Sent folder
Edit as new.

We should make "Edit as New" available for any message, IMHO. Either that
or we will have to figure out who the messages are from, and refuse to do
it, or make it a "reply, inline, unquoted" if the sender isn't the current
user. Or something. Honestly, I'm not sure what the correct behavior is,
but this way is sort of odd.
