Description:
When fetching mail, I get the following error:

Error while 'Fetching Mail'
Failed to get lock using fcntl(2): Resource temporarily unavailable.

Followed by

Error while 'Storing folder 'home/badger/evolution/local/Inbox''
Failed to get lock using fcntl(2): Resource temporarily unavailable.

I have been getting this error consistently.  I have been unable to
determine a cause from the mailing list archives or FAQ.
