Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem: I start evolution and it goes through the startup
dialog.  I create an account and I set it as default.  In the main menu,
there's am inbox button.  I click it, but my mail isn't there.  I click on
the drop down box, and I see under the account name a second "Inbox."  The
main one seems to be orphaned. I mean, what is it connected to? I would
have expected it to point to my default accounts inbox.  This is going to
confuse a lot of paper wondering where there mail is.
