Description of Problem:
From a layout/design perspective, I think it would be best if the IMAP
inbox folder is placed at the top of IMAP tree structure, along with the
other "special" folders: Drafts, Sent, Trash. So it would look like this,
regardless of alphabetical order:

+<imaptree>
  INBOX
  Drafts
  Sent
  Trash
   +<other folders/trees>
