when printing messages,  colors used for everything are the same as on screen. With
'bright-text-on-dark-background' gtk theme it means messages are printed IN WHITE ON WHITE PAPER.
There is a need to introduce a set of color preferences FOR PRINTING.
It will be extremely useful even for normal gtk themes - suppose
the black ink is gone in your printer, and only the color ones
are left. With such option (colors for printing) user will be able
to print mail using some color instead of black, save the ink, ecology and money on ink.
Please don't draw the RECTANGLE with headers in message view too since
its color and color of text in it are hardcoded (so user gets
white area with headers in the begining of each letter on screen,
while their gtk theme has the "white text on dark background" style).

So, please don't break horribly themability of gtk.
