Description mike.esler 2001-07-27 16:53:43 UTC
Package: Evolution
Priority: Minor
Version: 0.11.99
Synopsis: Cannot drag & drop a Mozilla URL into a message in Evolution
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Miscellaneous

Description:
In Evolution,

Click Compose
Open Mozilla
Find a page with a hyperlink (http://www.slashdot.org)
Drag a URL/hyperlink from Mozila into the message being composed.
Drop the URL onto the message.

I expected the same behavior as within Mozilla (ie when you drop a
hyperlink in a field, the field gets the value of the URL.)

Wishlist. No idea if this is even technically possible.
Comment 2 Nat Friedman 2001-10-12 06:50:00 UTC
Definitely doable. 1.1.
Comment 3 Luis Villa 2001-11-26 17:03:47 UTC
Because of the decision to remap 1.1->1.2 and 1.2->1.4, I'm going to be
moving a large number of bugs around in the bugzilla. You can just
search on 'body contains' 'Because of the decision to remap' and mark
all as read. Please direct all questions about this change to
evolution@ximian.com, not the bug.
Luis
