GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 204186
we should ship the mozilla outlook->mbox util
Last modified: 2009-07-16 04:20:25 UTC
We should put a copy of mozilla's outlook->mbox utility onto ftp.ximian.com somewhere so people don't have to download all of windows mozilla just to get that.
I don't think Mozilla has a seperate utility to do this. The only thing I can find on it is bin/plugins/impOutlk.dll, which I guess isn't useful on its own.
(Don't mark bugs as "NEEDINFO" unless you're waiting for info from a user: it makes them disappear from the bug reports.) OK. That sucks. I think we want to look into building our own importer (from their source), but that sounds like not-for-1.0?
Strikes me that maybe this fell through the cracks. Anyone still looking at this for 1.0? And is this more than wishlist?
It's most definately not 1.0

could become an eplugin perhaps, adding keyword
moving to importers.
what about using http://sourceforge.net/projects/ol2mbox see bug #231099 for other details.
Bumping version to a stable release.
Now bug can be closed as we have pst import functionality in Evolution since 2.26.x
