the ui is certainly better than it was (you can add new servers to your External
Directories toplevel folder) but you can't edit and can't delete.

ui work is comprised of cleaning up the dialog a bit (adding an html box and a
password field,)

added dependency on 402 (folder deletion in the shell)

I'm marking this as fixed - the deletion isn't really an issue as the entire
subtree rooted at "Other Contact" is regenerated after you click Ok/Apply.
