Description:
I've tried everythiN from reiNstalliNg red hat aNd gNome to messiNg with
key biNdiNgs.  WheN i try it the wiNdow bliNks, o aNd by the way the
uppercase N works fiNe
I've tried to get Alt, Ctrl to uNlock, but thats Not the problem, N
works with caps lock too.

Lastly, it works fiNe iN KDE aNd switchiNg wiNdow maNagers doesN't do
aNythiNg.  Hope you caN help, try Not to laugh

While this is a really classic bug, I'm pretty sure we can blame it on
the keyboard hardware if reinstalling the OS didn't fix the problem. ;-)
