Description of the crash:
A windows appears telling that control-panel has crashed and asks if I
want to kill it completely or restart it, but whatever option I choose
it appears again

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. no idea, but it is very annoying. maybe it appeared when I created a
link to a web site with a personalized gif icon?

How often does this happen?
I removed all of .gconfd .gconf and many other stuff including some
icons, it disappeared, and it happened again this morning without any
reason

Additional Information:
It makes gnome essentially unusable on FC3...
