Remove GnomeApp

Please revise, comment.
This patch do not use the DETACHABLE preferences, it appears that outher gnome applications do not implement this kind of feature.

I didn't see any problems during testing, and the code looks good to me, so I've committed it. (It can be tweaked if necessary.)
