F1 for Help would be more a more consistent default keybinding for Help
Contents.  (but if you also want to allow Ctrl+H to be used I dont see why not,
I just wouldn't recommend having it as the keybinding shown in the menus).

The HIG actually specify F1 as the shortcut key for Help|Contents. See here:

Very simple patch. First time submitting, sorry if there's any prob.

Committed, thanks.  However we don't have any docs yet. (-;
