Distribution/Version: XP Pro with multilanguage support enabled for Russian

In the File open dialog once an image is selected on a disk the error shows,
stating that GIMP can not write a thumbnail in directory "D:\Documents and
Settings\???????????\.thumbnails...". The '????' seems to be a localized name of
a user. In other places where the name is used (for example, in the Options
dialog) the name is shown correctly. It seems the Open file dialog lacks proper
codepage translation for paths being used.
