Description Rob Caskey 2005-03-13 22:28:57 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Hoary Preview

I'm on hoary, users of rawhide also confirmed the following.

1. Go to Places | Connect to Server
2. Select SSH
3. Type in name of SSH server, username, connection name, and press Connect.
4. Pops up an error about not having the appropriate handler. Apparently this
does not occur if you have the ssh keychain handling keys for you. Speculation
is that this occurs because the host key is changed or unknown.
5. Go to the desktop, click the connection. You are asked for a password and
things work as expected, although one would expect that the connection should
not exist at all since the connection was failed.

Davs also seems not to work and may be related to this. It works if you enter a
custom location in the connect to server dialog though.
